Is there still a free trial?+
Yes — 30 days, and it covers your whole team rather than a single seat. Put your real administrators and workers on it, invite your contractors for free, and run a month of site work through it. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Who needs a Premium licence?+
Anyone who administers safety — setting up sites and users, issuing permits, building COSHH assessments, approving timesheets, generating RAMS and method statements, pulling reports. Premium carries all functionality. You need at least one, and most organisations need far fewer than they expect.
What does the AI actually generate?+
RAMS, method statements and incident reports, drafted from the site, task and permit data already in the platform rather than from a blank page. An administrator reviews and approves before anything is issued — it drafts, you sign it off.
Do contractors really cost nothing?+
Yes. External users have no licence fee and never count towards your paid total, whether you have ten on site or a thousand. They get the mobile app, sign in and induction, and any permits assigned to them. Fair use applies: the external headcount we expect is proportionate to the licences you hold, so a handful of paid licences and several thousand contractors is a conversation rather than a plan.
What happened to the flat platform fee?+
Per-user licences replace it. You now pay for the people who run safety rather than one fee regardless of how many of them there are, which is usually cheaper for smaller teams and easier to grow into.
Can we add and remove people mid-term?+
Yes, at any time. Licences are per named user, so if a project ends and administrators move on, the licence goes with them. On a 12-month term you keep the discounted rate on whatever your headcount is.
What happens above 100 paid licences?+
We stop quoting off the list rate. Above 100 we set a per-licence volume rate against your total headcount, and the 10% annual discount still comes off that. It takes one short call.
How is the 12-month term billed?+
Yearly, in advance — one invoice covers the twelve months at the discounted rate. Monthly is billed each month and you can cancel anytime.
Which currencies can we be invoiced in?+
Pounds, US dollars or euros. Each currency has its own price per licence rather than a converted figure, so the rate does not move with the exchange rate. We set it from your location and you can change it at the top of this page or during signup.
Is tax included?+
No. Prices exclude UK VAT, which is the only tax we charge — we are not registered for US sales tax or EU VAT. For customers outside the UK it may not apply; where it does, it is added to the invoice.
